StockStream is an AI-powered market analytics platform. It provides model-based signals, probability scores, and analytical insights. It is not a financial adviser, investment adviser, broker, or research analyst.
2. No financial advice
Nothing on StockStream should be interpreted as personalised financial advice, stock recommendations, or guaranteed returns. Users remain responsible for their own decisions and should verify information independently.
3. Subscription and billing
- Subscriptions are billed on the selected plan cycle.
- Access may continue until the end of the paid period after cancellation.
- No refund policy wording will be finalised after legal/commercial review.
- Grace period and failed-payment logic will follow the published plan rules.
4. Acceptable use
- No abuse of trials, coupons, AI usage caps, or referral systems.
- No scraping, reverse engineering, or unauthorised access attempts.
- No misleading use of StockStream branding in promoter or affiliate activity.
5. Liability and service quality
Predictions may be stale, unavailable, delayed, or inaccurate. Platform operators may suspend, modify, or limit features for operational, compliance, or fraud-control reasons. Final liability wording remains subject to legal review.
